CARMEL APPLE MARTINI

INGREDIENTS: 1 oz Apple Vodka 1 oz Sour Apple Pucker 1oz Butterscotch Schnapps caramel syrup DIRECTIONS Chill a martini glass, then in a martini shaker mix the vodka, pucker, and butterschnapps. Squeeze the carmel syrup on the inside of the glass, pour the cocktail out of the shaker. Yummy martini to have with comfort food on a cold, rainy, fall evening.

CARIBOU LOU

INGREDIENTS: Bottle Bacardi 151 Cup malibu Bottle pineapple juice DIRECTIONS Mix the 151, malibu and pineapple juice all in one container.. drink it.. and then time travel. =) Be very careful.. this drink is very delicious and will get you so drunk you won't know what happened.

CARBOMB

INGREDIENTS: 1/2 shot Bailey's Irish Cream 1/2 shot Jamesons Irish Whisky 1/2 rock glass Guinness DIRECTIONS Pour Baileys into a shot glass, than carefully layer Jameson on Baileys. Pour Guinness into a rock glass and put the shooter with layerd spirits inside. Be carefull not to drown the shooter comepletely. Down and enjoy. It`s not my invention. I`m writing it here for the good of mankind.

CARAMEL APPLE MARTINI

INGREDIENTS: 1 part vanilla vodka 1 part Butterscotch Schnapps 2 parts Sour Apple Schnapps 2 parts caramel syrup 1 jar caramel syrup 1 tsp White sugar DIRECTIONS chill a martini glass, combine vodka, butterschotch schnapps, sour apple schnapps and caramel syrup in a shaker add ice and shake well. coat the rim with sugar and drizzle the caramel ice cream topper on the bottom pour and enjoy! For a garnish add a slice of apple or a caramel candy on a skewer

INGREDIENTS: 25ml Captain Morgan's Rum 25ml Jack Daniels a can of red bull DIRECTIONS Get a regular glass add a shot of JD & Capt Morgan and add a can of Red Bull...it's not hard Excessive consumption will make you go blind

CAPTAIN DUGARD

INGREDIENTS: 2 shots Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum 100ml orange juice 100ml pineapple juice Splash cranberry juice DIRECTIONS In a tumbler, pour 2 shots of Captain Morgans Spiced Rum over ice. Add equal measures of orange and pinapple juice, then carefully pour cranberry over the back of a spoon to give a sunset effect This cocktail was thought up by Andrew Dugard at Walt Disney World in Florida in 1998 and has been my favourite cocktail since.

CAPRIOSKA

INGREDIENTS: Whole, quartered lime Teaspoon brown sugar 35ml vodka Lots Crushed ice Some soda water DIRECTIONS Slice limes, muddle with sugar your chosen glass. Fill glass with crushed ice and pour on the vodka, top up with Soda water, gently mix and then serve. Try adding some blueberries, strawberries or other fruit in to the muddle for an extra twist.

CAPECOOLER

INGREDIENTS: 1 shot vodka 2.5 shots Schweppes Russian Cranberry 1 shot soda water DIRECTIONS Fill the glass with cubed ice.Pour the vodka and Schweppes Russchian Cranberry into the glass and give it a stir I like it it is nice and easy to make and tasts great

INGREDIENTS: 4oz vodka 8oz cranberry juice DIRECTIONS It's up there with Rum and Coke, if you mess this drink up, you're an idiot! Its a good drink, you can barely taste the liquor.

CANDY BAG

INGREDIENTS: 60 ml vodka 30 ml creme de menthe 10 ml Apple sourz sprite DIRECTIONS Shake with lots of ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a highball glass packed with ice. Fill up with Sprite or 7up. Decorate with candy!

CANDY APPLE MARTINI

INGREDIENTS: 1 ounce smirnoff green apple vodka 1 ounce sour apple 1 ounce cranberry juice 1/2 ounce Buttershots DIRECTIONS Mix all ingredients in cocktail shaker on ice. Shake and pour into martini glass, garnish with apple slice

INGREDIENTS: shot vodka shot campari to the top sour mix DIRECTIONS fill a low-ball with ice to the top. pour vodka and campari, top with sour mix! great summer drink!

CALLYMUCHO

INGREDIENTS: half gls red wine half gls cola DIRECTIONS mix over ice and add a slice of lemon a little recipe i picked up while in spain. amazingly affective and great even if you dont like red wine.

CALL AN AMBULANCE

INGREDIENTS: 1 shot Jack Daniels 1 shot malibu 1 shot After Shock (Red) 1 shot vodka 1/4 pint milk 1 shot Bailey's Irish Cream 2 shot Pimm's No. 1 DIRECTIONS Enter into a pint glass in order above and then drop a couple of ice cubes in.

CALIMOXO

INGREDIENTS: 1/2 cup coke 1/2 cup red wine DIRECTIONS Mix wine and coke and serve over ice. From Spain, a fabulous Poor Man's sangria, really good for a day on the beach.

CALIFORNIA COSMOPOLITAN

INGREDIENTS: 1 1/4 oz. Ciroc vodka 1/2 oz. cointreau 2 oz. red grape juice 3 frozen grapes DIRECTIONS Mix the Ciroc vodka, Cointreau, and red grape juice in a cocktail shaker. Pour into a chilled martini glass, and garnish with frozen grapes, skewered onto a toothpick.

CAIPIRINHA

INGREDIENTS: 2 heaping teaspoons brown sugar 1 measure cachaca 1, cut into six segments lime(s) DIRECTIONS Add the brown sugar to a traditional stout glass, then add the lime segments and crush them to squeeze the juice into the mixture, leaving the pieces in when finished. Fill the glass with crushed ice, and finally add the cachaca, one measure or to taste. The trouble you go to for this cocktail is more than worth it, and in fact becomes part of the ritual of what is practically Brazil's national drink!

CAFFEE DEL MARE

INGREDIENTS: 2/3 shot kahlua 1/3 shot peach schnapps top cream DIRECTIONS Put kahlua and peach schaps in a shot, add milk cream on top. You have to drink it in one zipp, and shake it in your mouth.

CAESAR

INGREDIENTS: rim glass celery salt 1 1/2 oz vodka 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce 3 dashes tabasco sauce 1/4 glass Ice fill glass Clamato DIRECTIONS Line the rim of a glass with celery salt. Over ice, add vodka, fill with clamato juice, then add the remaining ingredients. Garnish with a celery stick. Add more tabasco sauce if desired. Avoid Caesars that have Clamato juice poured from a bar tap. Get the Clamato juice from the bottle.

CACTUS JUICE

INGREDIENTS: 1/3 shot tabasco sauce 1/3 shot chartreuse 1/3 shot tequila DIRECTIONS Add Tequila First, Chartreuse Second, and Tobasco Last After A Few Of These Babies you won't Remember anything after you took them.

CACTUS COOLER

INGREDIENTS: 1/2 cup red bull splash orange juice 3/4 shot mandarin vodka 1/4 shot peach schnapps DIRECTIONS In cup pour red bull and add orange juice on top. Next in shot glass add mandarin vodka and peach schnapps. To drink, drop shot glass into cup and chug. Will be one of best shots of your life.

CABLEGRAM COOLER

INGREDIENTS: 1/2 shot lemon juice 1/2 shot grenadine 1/2 shot whisky ginger ale DIRECTIONS Place three ice cubes in a whisky glass mix liquor and lemon juice and top up with ginger ale.

CABIN FEVER

INGREDIENTS: One mug cola Half a shot After Shock (black) One shot dark rum Personal choice Ice OPTIONAL tia maria DIRECTIONS Pour a half shot of Aftershock Black into a mug, and then a full tot of dark rum *Captain Jack Morgan goes well, good and spicy*. Tia Maria is optional. Drop some ice in, and blast it with some cola. Enjoy! Half a shot of Aftershock Black is a good amount because it has a very overpowering taste in higher quantities. The fusion of dark spirits here makes a very flavoursome drink that can get you ratted :)

INGREDIENTS: 1/3 apricot brandy 2/3 vodka apple juice DIRECTIONS Shake together with ice and strain into a long glass with a slice of lemon over the ice. For early summer days

BUTTERY NIPPLE

INGREDIENTS: 1 oz Butterscotch Liqueur 1/2 oz Bailey's Irish Cream DIRECTIONS Pour buttershots into a chilled shot glass. Carefully layer or float the irish cream on top, and serve. smooth & SWEET shooter~

BURNT MARTINI

INGREDIENTS: 2oz gin 1/2oz vermouth 1/2oz Scotch DIRECTIONS Mix together 2oz of Gin, 1/2oz of Vermouth, and 1/2oz of Scotch. Pour into cocktail glass and serve chilled. DO NOT shake the mixture in a shaker with ice, as this "bruises" the gin and dilutes the mixture. Stir in ice and then strain into cocktail glass. Great recipe but incredibly strong - drink only if you think you can handle it.

BURNT ALMOND

INGREDIENTS: 3 measures Bailey's Irish Cream 1 measure vodka 1 measure amaretto 1 scoop vanilla ice cream lots Crushed ice DIRECTIONS Get a blender, put loads of ice cubes in it. Add the baileys, vodka and ameretto. Add the ice cream, bung the lid on and mix. Pour into glasses and enjoy! Goes down smooth as silk but gets you trashed dead fast!!!

BURNING SMURF

INGREDIENTS: 1/2 shot After Shock (Blue) 1/2 shot sambuca DIRECTIONS Mix and set fire to then suck through straw as it burns... Then relight the leftovers and slurp the leftovers till nothing there as it vapourises When you suck the burning vapour it makes your eyes pop and go holy shit!!!!!!... Also pour the burning mix in a line down the bar and suck that line (with fire extinguisher on hand)

BUNNY HUG

INGREDIENTS: 1 part pernod 3 parts whiskey 1 part gin DIRECTIONS Put ice-cubes into a mixin glass. Pour the pernod, gin and whisky over the ice, stir vigorously. Then serve into a chilled cocktail glass.

BUM N RUM

INGREDIENTS: 1 Can Newcastle brown ale 2 Shots dark rum DIRECTIONS Add two fingers of Dark Rum to a Pint glass then add your Newcastle brown ale. You can't beat. It's the way forward

BUM JUICE

INGREDIENTS: 3 litre Orange soda 75cl/750ml (bottle) dark rum DIRECTIONS Take the bottle of Orangeade/Orange soda and pour 1/3 from the bottle (you can drink it if you would rather). Then pour the bottle of dark rum into the bottle of Orangeade/Orange soda! Turn the bottle upside down then right way up a few times so the two drinks mix (carful not to shake it), then simply drink it from the bottle (or pour in to glasses i you don't want to look like a piss head)

BULLFROG

INGREDIENTS: 1 Shot vodka 0.5 Shot creme de menthe 1.5 Shots milk 1.5 Shots cream DIRECTIONS Liquid volume = 112.5ml, ABV = 11.6% Shake with cubed ice and strain into an ice filled tumbler Garnish with shaved chocolate

BULLFASTER

INGREDIENTS: 1/2 pint Buckfast Tonic Wine 2 shots vodka 1 tin red bull DIRECTIONS pour vodka and buckfast into a pint glass with a few cubes of ice and top up with red bull Gets you fucked and keeps you going all nite long due the amount of caffiene in it. Top drink for an all nite party. Quite sweet though.

BULLBUSTER

INGREDIENTS: 1 shot jagermeister 1 glass red bull DIRECTIONS fill up one glass with red bull take a shot glass and fill to the top with jager and drop into red bull right before drinking. Another way of doing it is putting the shot of jager in the red bull and drinking it straight.

BUGUSY BANANA

INGREDIENTS: 1 carrot 1 orange half banana 1 dried apricot DIRECTIONS Juice the carrot and orande. whizz in a blender with the banana, apricot and some ice cubes decorate with slices of banana, if liked.

BUDSFIZZ

INGREDIENTS: 150 ml champagne 50 ml orange juice a dash Angostura Bitter a dash cayenne pepper a pinch celery salt 3 mint leaves DIRECTIONS add mint leaves and muddle.pour orange juice and other ingrediets except champagne and stir...finally top with champagne

BUD BOMBSHELL

INGREDIENTS: 1 Bottle (Preferably Budweiser) beer 2 Shots brandy 2 Shots Jack Daniels 2 Shots vodka DIRECTIONS Pour Beer into Pint Glass. Add each ingredient drink off in one go. Its a killer.

BUCKSHOT

INGREDIENTS: 1/3 tequila 1/3 Jack Daniels 1/3 Bailey's Irish Cream DIRECTIONS mix Jd and Tequila blanco in a shot glass, then slowly pour the baileys on top, does not settle at top but looks nice then sprinkle fresh ground black pepper on top to act as the buckshot

BUCKS FIZZ

INGREDIENTS: 1 part orange juice 2 parts champagne DIRECTIONS mix and serve, simple (the ratios are my favorite mix some prefer different amounts of each, experiment)

BUCKFROST

INGREDIENTS: 1/3 Glass Buckfast 2/3 Glass Frosty Jack's White Cider DIRECTIONS Fuck the ingredients together and lash it down your throat! g'night and g'luck! Dirty and cheap! Gigidy gigidy goo!!

BUCKFAST MEDALEY

INGREDIENTS: 1 bag ice crushed 1 glass ribena 1 Glass cider 1 shot Vodka (freezer temp) 1/4 bottel Buckfast Tonic Wine DIRECTIONS mix all ingredients together, add ice and enjoy ! this drink is not for people who cannot handle their drink !

BUBBLES ORGASM

INGREDIENTS: Bailey's Irish Cream 2 SHOTS amaretto 1 SHOT brandy DIRECTIONS PLACE ALL THE INGREDIENTS INTO A SHAKER AND ADD ICE. GIVE A SHAKE AND POUR INTO A WHISKY TUMBLER. DRINK.

BUBBLES CHERITON

INGREDIENTS: 2 SHOTS brandy 2 SHOTS cherry brandy TO TOP UP A HIGH BALL GLASS tonic water DIRECTIONS IN A HIGH BALL GLASS PLACE ABOUT 3 LARGE CUBES OF ICE. ADD CHERRY BRANDY AND BRANDY AND TOP WITH TONIC WATER. GARNISH WITH A COUPLE OF FRESH CHEERIES WHEN IN SEASON. A SMOOTH SWEET DRINK WITH A REAL KICK

INGREDIENTS: Ice 1/2 oz orange juice 1 oz vodka 1 oz Blue Curacao 1 oz peach schnapps (archers) DIRECTIONS In a shaker add ice & pour in ingredients. Shake and pour into shot glasses. Makes 6 servings

BRUSSELS SPECIAL

INGREDIENTS: 2 shots gin 2 shots vodka 2 shots tequila Passionfruit Juice strawberry liqueur DIRECTIONS First gin, vodka, tequila then, passion juice... Shake, shake, shake... Then you put just a little bit of liqueur of wild strawberries just for the color... Enjoy !!! It's the official cocktail of my restaurant

BRUCES BONAS

INGREDIENTS: 1 shot tequila 1 shot vodka 1 shot whisky 1 shot gin 1 shot peach schnapps (archers) 1 shot triple sec 1 shot Passoa 1 shot grenadine DIRECTIONS shake contents together in a cocktail shaker then top the shaker up with the cranberry juice. in the glass now pour your mixed cocktail in up 2 1/3rds and the last 1/3 with red bull now get ready for the shant to take affect. enjoy.

BROWN STAR

INGREDIENTS: drop kahlua 50ml Bailey's Irish Cream DIRECTIONS put the baileys in a brandy glass then simply put a drop of kahula in the middle a simple but cheeky drink

BROWN EYED GIRL

INGREDIENTS: 2 measures vodka 1 measure Bailey's Irish Cream 1 measure kahlua 1 measure creme de bananes 1 measure cream DIRECTIONS Whack it all into to a shaker with some roughly crushed ice.. serve in a high ball and dust with cocoa. A great drink for easy drinking and conversation.

BROMPTON COCKTAIL

INGREDIENTS: 75 cl vodka 5cl gin Diet coke DIRECTIONS Add spirits first over ice top up with coke The original Brompton cocktail is an elixir meant for use as a pain suppressant, and dosed for prophylaxis. Made from morphine or diacetylmorphine (heroin), cocaine, highly-pure ethyl alcohol (some recipes specify gin), and sometimes chlorpromazine (Thorazine), it was given to terminally-ill individuals (especially cancer patients) to relieve pain and promote sociability near death. The chlorpromazine suppresses nausea from whatever source, and tincture of cannabis was once used for this purpose. This cocktail can have a similar effect if enough are drunk.

BRITISH SUMMER TIME OR BST

INGREDIENTS: 500ml cider 500ml ginger beer 1 lime Half a jug Ice DIRECTIONS First get the ice, cut the lime into segments and squeeze the juice while dropping the lime into the jug. Next add the ginger beer. Then pour in the cider. The cider should sit on the top of the ginger beer at which point you mix it up throughly. Serve in a tall glass. This is call a British Summer Time because it may not be strong but it is very enjoyable. It was designed as a lunch time or barbeque drink, for sitting outside in the sun but not getting too drunk. Best enjoyed with friends

BRIGHTON CHERRY

INGREDIENTS: 1 Shot cherry sourz 1 Shot vodka Fill long glass up coke 2 tablespoons Crushed ice DIRECTIONS Use a long glass, 2 tablespoons of crushed ice. 1 Shot of cherry sourz then 1 shot of vodka (smirnoffs good) then fill glass up with coke/pepsi

BRIDE OF DRACULA

INGREDIENTS: 1/2 wine glass sparkling wine 1 shot white rum 1/2 shot creme de framboise 1 wineglass raspberries squeeze lemon wine glass Ice DIRECTIONS Just measure out ingrediants into a blender and crush! If you don't have a blender, just serve very cold, but it's better crushed. Measures are approximate, change to suit you tastes. You might want exta sugar or creme. Also, change the flavour by using different cremes and berries.

BREATH MINT

INGREDIENTS: 25ml creme de menthe 25ml vodka 10 ml Midori (lime) DIRECTIONS blend ice cold ingredients in a shot glass.Serve with a mint leaf cool and refreshing....with added whoo!

BRAZIL

INGREDIENTS: 3 shots vodka 1 shots malibu 3 shots mint liqueur 1 shot lime juice 5 shots orange juice 1 dessert spoon sugar 5 cubes Ice DIRECTIONS First mix vodka, malibu, fresh lemon juice, orange juice and sugar in a shaker. Add ice cubes and shake. Put the mixture in a big glass. And after that add the mint liqueur slowly and carefully. This way you will get the seperate orange and green color. Ha ha haa your Brazil is ready! Sambaa!!! Brazil is crated by Emre Erbay and Cuneyt Senturk while they were still drunk and trying to be creative...

BRAVEHEART

INGREDIENTS: Top off irn bru 2 shots Glayva 2 shots port 2 shots brandy 2 shots whisky 2 shots drambuie 2 shots gin 2 shots vodka DIRECTIONS add in any order and top off with irn bru and you get the best cocktail in the whole of Scotland Happy Drinking 0_o By Me (kyle) my little cousin (max) and his dad (Neil)

BRAVE BULL

INGREDIENTS: 1 1/2 shots tequila 1 1/2 shots kahlua DIRECTIONS Pour tequila over ice cubes in an old fashioned glass. Pour Kahlua thru the tequila. Do NOT stir or shake. Serve with a short straw. Sip from the bottom up and mix in your mouth.

BRANDY SOUR

INGREDIENTS: 3 to 4 cubes in tall glass Ice 3 to 4 splashes swirled with ice then poured out angostura bitters ice to taste Ice 2 measures of brandy 1/2 measure lemon juice topped up to taste lemonade DIRECTIONS put ice in tall glass pour on bitters swirl and pour out add ice to glass pour in brandy add lemon juice then top up with lemonade

INGREDIENTS: 1/2 shot curaçao 1 egg (yolk) 1/2 shot brandy DIRECTIONS Lightly whisk all together obviously pregnant women the old, ill, infirm or young should not consume raw eggs

BRANDY FIX

INGREDIENTS: juice of 1 lemon(s) 1 shot curaçao 1 shot brandy DIRECTIONS Fill a glass 1/3 full of crushed ice add lemon juice brandy and curaçao. Mix with spoon and garnish with lemon slice.

BRANDY DAISY

INGREDIENTS: juice of 1/4 lemon(s) 1/4 shot grenadine 1 shot brandy soda 2x glace cherry 2x pineapple spear DIRECTIONS Place crushed ice into liquidiser (1/3 full) add lemon juice grenadine and brandy then blend for 1/2 minute and strain into champagne glass. Add a dash of chilled soda and the fruit.

BRANDY CRUSTA

INGREDIENTS: grenadine juice of 1/2 lemon(s) splash angostura bitters 1 glass brandy DIRECTIONS Dip rim of whisky glass in grenadine shake off excess moisture dip in caster sugar frosting the rim. Mix together liquor (except grenadine), lemon juice and ice. Shake together and strain into glass.

BRANDY COOLER

INGREDIENTS: 1 teaspoon caster sugar juice of 1/2 lemon(s) 1 shot brandy ginger ale DIRECTIONS Shake all except ginger ale together with ice and pour into a large whisky glass and top up with ginger ale.

BRANDY COOKIE

INGREDIENTS: brandy DIRECTIONS add a round shortbread cookie. let soak for 10 minutes. serve warm. serve in small round brandy glass. Napoleon my favorite. delightful as the sweetness of the shortbread softens the edge of the Brandy. Avery playful sofisticated experience. Enjoy!

BRAMBLE ALA JAMIE WALKER WAY FROM BOMBAY SAPHIRE

INGREDIENTS: 3.5 cl gin 2.5 cl lemon juice 1.5 cl simple syrup Creme de mûre (Blackberry liquer) Crushed ice Lemon Slice DIRECTIONS It's an easy drink to make because it's no shaken but instead build. First u take a lowball glass (also called a tumbler) and fill it with crushed ice. Next u pour gin into the glass along with the lemon juice and sugar sirup. Next take a barspoon and mix it all together. At last float the creme de muir and then add the lemon slice as garnishment. There u have. the Bombay Saphire Bramble. BRAMBLE

INGREDIENTS: gin lemon juice Creme de mûre (Blackberry liquer) sugar syrup Crushed ice DIRECTIONS Build in a tumbler, Gin, Lemon juice, sugar syrup and crushed ice. Then add Creme De Mure so it falls to the bottom of the mixture. Garnish with a blackberry, Enjoy! Fruity, refreshing summer cocktail. The type you can have with your breakfast on holiday!

BRAIN SQUASH

INGREDIENTS: 1/2 shot vodka 1/2 shot gin orange juice grapefruit juice lemon juice grenadine DIRECTIONS Shake equal amounts of the juices with vodka and gin. Top with crushed ice and a few of drops of grenadine. Strain into a highball glass.

BRAIN HEMORAGE (THE RIGHT WAY)

INGREDIENTS: 3 quarters peach schnapps 1 quarter Bailey's Irish Cream few drops grenadine DIRECTIONS 1)fill ur shot glass 3 quarters full with peach schnapps. 2) then layer 1 quarter baileys irish creme. 3) then drop a few drops of grenadine in so that it looks like a brain hemorage.. 4) down it .. and enjoy!!!! play around with droping in the grenadine so that u get it lookin and tasting how u want .. My Favorite Shot.....

BRAIN HAEMORAGE (SHOT)

INGREDIENTS: 1/3 shot peach schnapps (archers) 1/3 shot Bailey's Irish Cream 1/3 shot sherry dry drizzle grenadine DIRECTIONS Pour the archers, baileys and sherry into a shot glass, and drizzle with grenadine. The sherry should cause the shots to harden slightly (to look like a real brain hemorage, and give the drinker a bit of a suprise!!! I had this once in Crete, but due to the broken english of the man who served us we weren't entirely sure if these were the entire ingrediants. He did tell us though that the sherry was key to the drink hardening.

BRAIN HAEMORAGE
