INGREDIENTS:

- 4 -6 cubes (cracked) Ice
- 3 measures gold tequila
- 1tsp grenadine
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 measure cream
- 1 egg (white)
DIRECTIONS
Put ice into shaker, pour tequila, grenadine, vanilla and cream over ice and add egg white. Shake well. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Sprinkle with cinnamon and decorate with cocktail cherry. Variations: Grapeshot, Montezuma, Chapala, Pinata
