INGREDIENTS: 1 part whipped cream 1 part kahlua 1 part Bailey's Irish Cream 1 part vodka DIRECTIONS Layer in order into shot glass. Shoot with no hands.

BLOODY MARY

INGREDIENTS: 4 -6 cubes (cracked) Ice 1dash Worcestershire sauce 1 dash tabasco sauce 1 measure vodka 6 measures tomato juice 1/2 a lemon worth lemon juice 1 pinch celery salt 1 pinch cayenne pepper DIRECTIONS Put the cracked ice into a shaker. Dash the Worcestershire sauce and Tobasco sauce over the ice and pour in the vodka, tomatoe juice and lemon juice. Shake vigorously until a frost forms. Strain into a tall, chilled glass, add a pinch of celery salt and a pinch of cayenne pepper. Decorate with celery stick and/ or slice of lemon. This classic cocktail was invented in 1921 at the legendary Harry's Bar in Paris. Variations: Bloody Maria, Cold and Clammy Bloody Mary, Bullshot.

INGREDIENTS: 2 parts grapefruit juice 1 part vodka 1 shot grenadine DIRECTIONS Pour over shaved ice in a frosted glass and add a lime wedge for kicks! This can also be made with pineapple juice in place of grapefruit. This drink is soooo good!!

INGREDIENTS: 50mil pernod small bottle orange juice splash blackcurrant top up with lemonade DIRECTIONS Use cocktail glass, pour double pernod, add britvic orange. splash of blackcurrant to colour purple and top up glass with lemonade. Add umbrellas this is beautiful cocktail but it can take your legs away if you have too many. you must not mix this cocktail with any other drinks.

BLING BLING SHOOTER

INGREDIENTS: .5 chambord .25 cointreau .25 lemon juice DIRECTIONS Add all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake. Sugar the rim of the shot glass and most importantly, garnish with a thin piece of fresh apple. Take the shot, then eat the apple.

INGREDIENTS: 2 chambord 1 cointreau .25 lime juice 2.5 cranberry juice DIRECTIONS Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake. Pour into sugar rimmed shot glasses and add a piece of fresh apple over the top of the glass. This will make 6 shots. Drink the shot and then eat the fresh apple.

BLACKCURRENT SNAKEBITE

INGREDIENTS: aprox. 60ml vodka approx. 1/2 pint cider approx. 1/2 pint lager approx. 60ml blackcurrant cordial DIRECTIONS Just pour it all together, stir it up and enjoy! This is great for a group piss-up. Just multiply the amounts by 2 or 3 for each person and mix it all together in a big punch bowl, you may find you need a little more blackcurrent for this.

INGREDIENTS: 1/4 pint (or to taste) ribena 3/4 pint Guinness DIRECTIONS Pour 1/4 of a pint of ribena (less or more depending on your own taste) to 3/4 of a pint of Guinness (again, less or more to your own taste). The glass can be chilled or not, depending on how you like it.

INGREDIENTS: 25ml Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum 25ml bourbon 75ml Guinness 50ml cola DIRECTIONS Fill cocktail shaker two thirds full with ice. Add the rum, bourbon and guinness. Shake for 10-15 seconds. Strain into a heavy bottomed glass and top up with cola. It's a bit of a variation on the classic guinness punch but with a nice sweet and subtle spice to it.

INGREDIENTS: 250ml 'V' Black energy drink 60ml Bombay Sapphire DIRECTIONS Pour the gin and the V into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Stir well. The coffee flavour of the V Black harmonises very well with the juniper flavour of the gin.

INGREDIENTS: 2/3 vodka 1/3 kahlua 1 Ice 1 cherry DIRECTIONS Prepare the recipe in an old fashioned glass. Put the ingredients directly in the glass in the order : ice, vodka, kahlua Accompany by a cherry to decorate. The origin of the recipe comes from Russia. It was the small morning "rough" coffee for certain Russians. So, in the evenings sprayed the vodka dries were acceptable, some people less rash did not bear the violence of the vodka dry bottom and preferred to sip the vodka with the liquor of coffee which eased the power of the alcohol while giving to its an aroma of coffee.

Carefully put the Smirnoff ice on top of the sambuca, ensuring it layers properly. Once settled, slow pour (pushing the tap forwards not back) half a pint of Guinness ontop, again letting it layer. and there you have it!!! Black on black on black! Very strong, not for the faint of heart! or weak of stomache for that matter!!

INGREDIENTS: 6ml Johnnie Walker Black Label 6ml Jim Beam Black 6ml Jack Daniels 6ml wild turkey 10 Drops or more tabasco sauce 6ml Black Galliano Sambuca 1 Straw DIRECTIONS Add ingredients into shot glass in this order. The galliano should sink to the bottom hidding the tobasco. Add the straw and drink. The burning from the tobasco takes your mind off the burning of the alcohol. Not the tastiest to some but after a few you won't remember what it tasted like anyway! Cheers!

INGREDIENTS: 2 cups cranberry and strawberry juice 1 1/2 shot raspberry vodka 1 1/2 shot sour apple rum DIRECTIONS shake it together over ice and strain into martini glasses... classy!

BERRYOSKA

INGREDIENTS: 50 ml/1.7 fl oz Russian Standard Vodka 6-8 raspberries lime juice 3 teaspoons sugar DIRECTIONS Crushed ice. Muddle the lime juice with the sugar and raspberries in the bottom of a tumbler. Fill the glass with crushed ice, add the vodka, and stir. Garnish with more crushed ice and more raspberries.

BERRY COLLINS

INGREDIENTS: cranberry juice 15ml lemon juice 30ml Vanilla Liqueur 45ml gin ice cubes 15ml sugar syrup 2 tablespoons Blueberries DIRECTIONS Mix the Sugar and the berries in a cocktail shaker. Add a scoop of ice, then the gin, liqueur and lemon juice. Shake vigorously and pour into a tall glass. Leaving approx 2.5cm (inch) from the top and pour the cranberry juice on top. If no cranberry juice, lemonade works just as good i've been told!!!

BERRY CAPIRINHA

INGREDIENTS: 12 counts cachaca 1 Lime Wedges 4 tbs sugar 5-6 blackberries DIRECTIONS Mottle the sugar and lime slices together in a pint glass until the juice from the limes and the sugar form a syrupy texture. If the solution looks watery, add more sugar, but don't overdo it. Leave the lime slices intact in the glass. Add the berries into the mixture and mottle again until the berries have be crushed into tiny pieces, but don't pulverize the mixture into a mash. Add the cachaca into the glass, and be generous in your application. Add ice until it fills nearly to the top of the glass. Cover the pint glass with a shaker and shake well. Enjoy the drink throughout the evening. This is my favorite drink for the summer, hands down. You can substitute it for any white rum, but really only out of necessity.

INGREDIENTS: 50 ml grenadine 50ml vodka 75ml lemonade 25ml ginger ale 2 squeezed lime wedges DIRECTIONS pour the vodka, grenadine into a shaker with ice, squeeze in the lime wedges and shake. strain over ice into a high ball glass top with lemonade and ginger ale and garnish glass with a lime wedge add straws and stirrer. Voila!

BELLINI TRU

INGREDIENTS: 3/4 shot peach schnapps (archers) 1 Shot Peach puree Fill to top champagne DIRECTIONS Take one Champagne glass and pour in the archers, the layer with a bar spoon the peach puree, after fill to top with champagne. use a bar spoon for the champagne so you layer it again. finish with a cherry on the rim of the glass. Then ....... celebrate! This is a good cocktail for the ladies, but make sure you get the layers because then you get the pretty finish.

BELLINI MEANIE

INGREDIENTS: 2 oz vodka 1 oz peach schnapps Float champagne Garnish raspberry DIRECTIONS I mix the ingredients in order. Is very pretty drink, great for New Year's Eve!! As is, this drink is quite strong. To make it a little more mild, use 1 oz vodka and more champagne.

BELLINI COCKTAIL

INGREDIENTS: 1 part peach schnapps 3 parts champagne DIRECTIONS Combine in champagne flutes, serve. or make the Original Version (2/3 cup white peach puree (use yellow peaches if white not available) 1 teaspoon raspberry puree 1 bottle chilled Italian sparkling wine such as Prosecco orAsti Spumante Brut ) Place 1 1/2 tablespoons puree In the bottom of each flute and add 2 - 3 drops of the raspberry puree. Add sparkling wine and serve. This drink was created 1943 at Harry's Bar in Venice, Italy in honor of the painter Geovani Bellini. Giuseppi Cipriani was the inventor. The original recipe was made with fresh pureed white peaches with a bit of raspberry or cherry juice to give the drink a pink glow. it is a nice drink for a birthday

INGREDIENTS: 1 or 2 shots(depending how strong you like it!) dark rum 2 shots apricot brandy 1 shot cranberry liqueur enough to fill glass to top pineapple juice as desired Crushed ice 1 per glass as garnish pineapple slices DIRECTIONS put crushed ice in bottom of high-ball glass. put in rum, apricot brandy and cranberry liqueur in that order and fill up glass with the pineapple juice. garnish glass with pineapple slice. if you can't get hold of cranberry liqueur(Bols make it), cranberry juice or a raspberry liqueur would suffice.

INGREDIENTS: 3 shots lemon juice 3 shots orange juice soda 2 shots apricot brandy DIRECTIONS Blend all ingredients except soda together with ice. Strain and serve topping up with soda.

INGREDIENTS: 25ml (Scottish measure) Jack Daniels 200-225ml apple juice DIRECTIONS Put 1 Scottish measure (25ml) of JD in a lowball glass ('whisky' glass) fill rest of glass, ideally, with about 200ml of chilled Apple Juice - should be cold enough to not require ice, as this can mask taste. If Apple Juice is not chilled, add 2 ice cubes at most/ Too much JD can overpower apple juice and not taste as nice - if using a larger measure (35ml) it's best to increase apple juice if possible. This is a very 'drinkable' cocktail if used with the measures suggested, can be easy to that it's 'just' Apple juice and drink more than you might.
