AYEAYE

INGREDIENTS:
  • 75ml lemonade
  • 10ml grenadine
  • 1/2 lime juice
  • 1 wedge lime
  • 35ml midori
  • 35ml rum

DIRECTIONS

To make, add the midori and bacardi together with plenty of ice inside a shaker and shake.leave for a minute to cool, then taking a fresh glass with a lump of ice and fresh lime juice at the bottom, pour out the midori and bacardi. top up with lemonade and then very carefully, pour the grenadine into the drink,preferably over a spoon to stop the grenadine making a mess!then simply add a wedge of lime and you have an AyeAye The name AyeAye actually isnt just scottish or pirate talk, its a small nocturnal lemur that lives deep in the forests of madagascar, and it is said to be a harbinger of doom by locals, but i think its quite cute!!!
