BANANACHILLER

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1jigger White creme de cacao
  • 1.5shots milk
  • 1scoop Ice
  • 3/4shot Bailey's Irish Cream
  • 3/4shot creme de bananes
  • 1.5shots white rum

DIRECTIONS

Add all EXCEPT the Creme de Cacao/Godiva Liquer to a cocktail shaker. Shake hard enough to crush the ice cubes into slivers. Rim a martini glass or champagne flute with hot chocolate powder (like Nesquik). Give the cocktail shaker a few more good shakes, and then pour HALF of the contents into your glass of choice. Float 3 thin slices of banana on the surface, then float the jigger of cacao/Godiva (you should get a nicely delineated layer of chocolatey goodness). Then, float the remainder of the drink in your cocktail shaker over top. You should end up with layers that resemble Charlie Brown's sweater (yellow - brown/clear - yellow). Use a citrus zester to make a banana peel twist (like a lemon twist...) and drop through the centre of this delicious banana-chocolate shake. Yes. Don't drink too many - you can't taste the alkie in it. If you drink more than 3 of these in one night, you may end up with alcohol poisoning. I warned you.
