BASIL GRANDE

INGREDIENTS:
  • Grind Pepper
  • 3cl grand marnier
  • 2cl chambord
  • Dash Strawberry Puree
  • 2 strawberry
  • 3 basil leaves

DIRECTIONS

Add 2 basil leaves to the strawbeey's in a boston shaker and muller, add the puree and Chambord to help with the process. Add ice and Grand Marnier, Shake well. Strain once into a chilled Martini glass. Use the Basil Leaf as a boat garnish, with a grind of pepper to finsh. This makes a great pre-dinner drink, and one for the ladies...
