- 25ml southern comfort
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- 90ml cranberry juice
- 1 orange peel

In a boston glass put in the alcoholic ingredients, add twisted orange peel, add cranberry juice, shake with ice in boston shaker. strain into tall champagne flute or papa doble martini glass, with rest of orange peel perform a flaming orange on top then garnish with twisted orange peel Its a personal variation on my other cocktail a glasgow beso, the stronger flavours are aimed at the more educated pallates of those in the mixology trade, its also designed with someone very close to me in mind.
