INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 measure absinthe
  • 1 chilli
  • 1/2 pint cola

DIRECTIONS

Pour 1/2 pint of coke, add shot of absinthe and add the chilli (blend it first if your hardcore). Drink it if you dare! Eat the chilli after if you didnt bother blending it, but are still hardcore. first to six of these wins (or is that looses?)

CHOCOLATE JOJO IVORY

INGREDIENTS: 30 ml Bailey's Irish Cream 20 ml Lena Banana 20 ml kahlua 90 ml cream Enough to swirl line glass chocolate syrup 1/2 fruit banana Garnish strawberry DIRECTIONS Put all ingredients in a blender (except chocolate sauce and strawberry garnish) with 1 scoop ice. Blend thoroughly and pour into a chocolate swirl-lined Poco cocktail glass and garnish with 1 strawberry on the rim of the glass. Serve immediately! This recipe is a popular favourite of the patrons of The Pearl Room Casino at the Burswood Hotel InterContinental, Perth, Western Australia where I work as a Bar Attendant. It's quite indulgent!
