AN EYEBALL PAUL

INGREDIENTS:
  • 30ml Balcan Vodka
  • 30ml sambuca
  • 30ml Gordon's Gin
  • 30ml Blue Curacao
  • 1 tabasco sauce
  • 1 Coffee Beans

DIRECTIONS

Pour the Vodka, Sambuca & Gin into a tumbler then layer with blue curacao & finish off with a layer of tabasco sauce. Drop a coffe bean in the top & light it for 8 seconds then down it! If you're still walking in half an hour, well done!

This recipe is a popular favourite of the patrons of The Pearl Room Casino at the Burswood Hotel InterContinental, Perth, Western Australia where I work as a Bar Attendant. It's quite indulgent!
