INGREDIENTS:     30 ml Bailey's Irish Cream   20 ml Lena Banana   20 ml kahlua   90 ml cream   Enough to swirl line glass chocolate syrup   1/2 fruit banana   Garnish strawberry    DIRECTIONS   Put all ingredients in a blender (except chocolate sauce and strawberry garnish) with 1 scoop ice.     Blend thoroughly and pour into a chocolate swirl-lined Poco cocktail glass and garnish with 1 strawberry on the rim of the glass.    Serve immediately!    		    This recipe is a popular favourite of the patrons of The Pearl Room Casino at the Burswood Hotel InterContinental, Perth, Western Australia where I work as a Bar Attendant.
