DESPIRATE HOUSE WIFE

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2oz Three olives vanilla Vodka
  • 2oz pineapple juice
  • splash triple sec
  • Splash champagne

DIRECTIONS

In a mixer, mix vodka, triple sec and pineapple juice. Strain into a Martini glass. Leave enough room to top off with Champagne! Garnish with pineapple chunks. Enjoy!!

CHOCOLATE JOJO IVORY

INGREDIENTS: 30 ml Bailey's Irish Cream 20 ml Lena Banana 20 ml kahlua 90 ml cream Enough to swirl line glass chocolate syrup 1/2 fruit banana Garnish strawberry DIRECTIONS Put all ingredients in a blender (except chocolate sauce and strawberry garnish) with 1 scoop ice. Blend thoroughly and pour into a chocolate swirl-lined Poco cocktail glass and garnish with 1 strawberry on the rim of the glass. Serve immediately! This recipe is a popular favourite of the patrons of The Pearl Room Casino at the Burswood Hotel InterContinental, Perth, Western Australia where I work as a Bar Attendant. It's quite indulgent!
