DIRTY BANANA

INGREDIENTS:
  • 6 count half and half
  • 1 shot kahlua
  • 1 shot creme de bananes
  • whipped cream

DIRECTIONS

Fill collins glass 3/4 full with ice. Add half and half.Then kahlua and bananaes. Shake and pour into glass. Add whipped cream on top and drizzle chocolate sauce to taste. One for the banana lovers out there.

CHOCOLATE JOJO IVORY

INGREDIENTS: 30 ml Bailey's Irish Cream 20 ml Lena Banana 20 ml kahlua 90 ml cream Enough to swirl line glass chocolate syrup 1/2 fruit banana Garnish strawberry DIRECTIONS Put all ingredients in a blender (except chocolate sauce and strawberry garnish) with 1 scoop ice. Blend thoroughly and pour into a chocolate swirl-lined Poco cocktail glass and garnish with 1 strawberry on the rim of the glass. Serve immediately! This recipe is a popular favourite of the patrons of The Pearl Room Casino at the Burswood Hotel InterContinental, Perth, Western Australia where I work as a Bar Attendant. It's quite indulgent!
