DRAGON'S BLOOD

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 shots Coconut Milk
  • 2 or 3 chillies
  • 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/8 tsp Turmeric
  • 2 shots vodka

DIRECTIONS

Blend a little of the coconut milk with the chillies into a fine paste. Add the rest of the coconut milk then blend again. Heat a sauce-pan and add the garam masala, turmeric and the coconut mix. Bring to the boil then simmer for 10 minutes. Leave to cool then into a tall glass and add vodka I stumbled across this when making a thai green curry. It was runny so I poured some of the sauce into a glass and added vodka. Then my mouth went fucking mental - weirdest stuff I have ever drunk and I loved it.
