INGREDIENTS: 2 shots Coconut Milk 2 or 3 chillies 1/4 tsp Garam Masala 1/8 tsp Turmeric 2 shots vodka DIRECTIONS Blend a little of the coconut milk with the chillies into a fine paste. Add the rest of the coconut milk then blend again. Heat a sauce-pan and add the garam masala, turmeric and the coconut mix. Bring to the boil then simmer for 10 minutes. Leave to cool then into a tall glass and add vodka I stumbled across this when making a thai green curry. It was runny so I poured some of the sauce into a glass and added vodka. Then my mouth went fucking mental - weirdest stuff I have ever drunk and I loved it.

INGREDIENTS: 100ml Coconut Milk 100ml pineapple juice 1 shot vodka 5ml lime juice 1 lime slices DIRECTIONS Mix the coconut milk, pineapple and a shot or 2 of vodka. Cut a slice of lime for garnish and squeeze a little of the juice in. You can use ready mixed coocnut and pineapple. Buy light coconut milk you may need to strain it to get the lumps out. The lime and its juice are not just for show.
