APPLE BLOSSOM

INGREDIENTS: 1oz calvados 1/4 oz grenadine to taste lemonade DIRECTIONS Mix together calvados, grenadine and lemonade with ice. Strain into a tall glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with apple slice dipped in lemonade to avoid discolouring This drink is great. The apple brandy is complimented surprisingly well by sweet pomegranate from the grenadine and the colour of the cocktail is a delicate pink just like apple blossom.
