INGREDIENTS: splash coke 1 shot bourbon 1 shot amaretto DIRECTIONS just add them all together

INGREDIENTS: 25ml Captain Morgan's Spiced Rum 25ml bourbon 75ml Guinness 50ml cola DIRECTIONS Fill cocktail shaker two thirds full with ice. Add the rum, bourbon and guinness. Shake for 10-15 seconds. Strain into a heavy bottomed glass and top up with cola. It's a bit of a variation on the classic guinness punch but with a nice sweet and subtle spice to it.

INGREDIENTS: 3/4 glass apple cider 1-2 shots bourbon pinch cinnamon pinch nutmeg DIRECTIONS Fill glass past half full of cider, then add & stir cinnamon and/or nutmeg. The add desired amount of whiskey; adding too much hooch will overpower the cider taste though
