INGREDIENTS: 1 shot gin 1 shot Peach Vodka squirt lime --- club soda DIRECTIONS combine liquors in highball glass with ice, then fill with soda; finish with a squirt of lime or a lime garnish

INGREDIENTS: 1/2 tablespoon lime juice 1/4 lemon 1/2 cup vodka 1/2 cup club soda 1 cup cranberry juice DIRECTIONS Mix together cranberry juice,club soda,vodka and lime juice. Chill mix. Once chilled, serve in cocktail glasses and garnish with lemon slices. You also can take out the vodka to make it non-alchoholic. If you take out the vodka make the soda 1 cup instead of 1/2 a cup.

INGREDIENTS: Ice 1 shot Bailey's Irish Cream 1 shot kahlua club soda DIRECTIONS Fill old-fahioned glass with ice. Pour in Bailey's Irish Cream and Kahlua. Top with club soda. Stir and serve. Creamy and fizzy, a little like a root beer float.

INGREDIENTS: Tom Collins Mix Bombay Sapphire Gin grenadine club soda maraschino cherry DIRECTIONS I don't measure. Measuring's for suckers, so good luck! In a martini shaker, combine Tom Collins mix, Gin and a quick shot of Grenadine (just enough to make it slightly pink in color) with ice and shake. In a martini glass, place one cherry and a splash of club soda. (The soda helps cut the sweet/sourness of the Tom Collins mix.) Then pour the mix into the glass. Pour first absinthe , then the other liquors over the chushed mint. Shake vigorously, strain into wide glass, add club soda, 4th mint leaf, and ice cubes. Don't have two.
