INGREDIENTS: 1 measure gin splash dry vermouth 1 clove garlic 1 pimento stuffed olive splash olive juice 1 large ice cubes DIRECTIONS Cut a slice off the clove of garlic and rub freshly cut edge around the rim of a chilled martini glass. INGREDIENTS: 2oz gin 1/2oz vermouth 1/2oz Scotch DIRECTIONS Mix together 2oz of Gin, 1/2oz of Vermouth, and 1/2oz of Scotch. Pour into cocktail glass and serve chilled. DO NOT shake the mixture in a shaker with ice, as this "bruises" the gin and dilutes the mixture. Stir in ice and then strain into cocktail glass. Great recipe but incredibly strong - drink only if you think you can handle it.
