DARK MOJITO

INGREDIENTS: dark rum 2 spoons brown sugar 1 lime mint leaves smashed ice DIRECTIONS smash the lime, sugar and mint leaves for aprox 1 minute fill up with crushed ice and add the dark rum. stir a little with a fork for the mint leaves to rise. NB you have to put at least 2 spoons of sugar but with more is even better. also the more mint you put the better it is

CHOCOLATE CAKE

INGREDIENTS: 1 tot frangelico dash on top vodka 1 tsp brown sugar DIRECTIONS Fill a shot glass almost to the top with frangelico, fillup with a dash of vodka. Place 1 tsp of brown sugar in your hand. Put the sugar in your mouth and wait for it to start dissolving, when it does put the drink in your mouth and swish it around until it mixes with the melted sugar. Tastes exactly like chocolate cake! Some say have a slice of lemon afterwards for lemon meringue pie.... We worked this one out in South Africa, it's very yummy and is taking the world by storm!

CAPRIOSKA

INGREDIENTS: Whole, quartered lime Teaspoon brown sugar 35ml vodka Lots Crushed ice Some soda water DIRECTIONS Slice limes, muddle with sugar your chosen glass. Fill glass with crushed ice and pour on the vodka, top up with Soda water, gently mix and then serve. Try adding some blueberries, strawberries or other fruit in to the muddle for an extra twist.

CAIPIRINHA

INGREDIENTS: 2 heaping teaspoons brown sugar 1 measure cachaca 1, cut into six segments lime(s) DIRECTIONS Add the brown sugar to a traditional stout glass, then add the lime segments and crush them to squeeze the juice into the mixture, leaving the pieces in when finished. Fill the glass with crushed ice, and finally add the cachaca, one measure or to taste. The trouble you go to for this cocktail is more than worth it, and in fact becomes part of the ritual of what is practically Brazil's national drink!

APPLE MOJITO

INGREDIENTS: 3 Shots Apple Bacardi 2 Tsps brown sugar Half lime mint leaves lemon lime soda DIRECTIONS Recipe: mash the lime, sugar and mint leaves for aprox 1 minute half fill with crushed ice and add the apple rum. stir alittle with a teaspoon for the mint leaves to rise, add lemon + Lime Soda, then top with crushed ice. garnish with lime and mint leaves
