INGREDIENTS: half pint lager half pint cola shot amaretto DIRECTIONS mix the half pint of cola and the half pint of lager then drop in the shot of amaretto.
INGREDIENTS: 1/2 ounce amaretto 1/2 ounce brandy 1/2 ounce Bailey's Irish Cream DIRECTIONS First pour in the Amaretto.(This flavours the shot and loads it with a rich scent) Next pour in the brandy. Watch the color mixing to a fuzzy brown. Finally, layer the Baileys. Add this slowly along the side of the glass. INGREDIENTS: 3 Bar spoons amaretto Demera 1 heaped bar spoon sugar Juice of half an orange orange 8 count (50ml) brandy 4 count (25ml) orange juice dash of cinamon cinnamon 1 count (5-6ml) ginger ale DIRECTIONS Into an Old fashioned add 1 heaped bar spoon of Demera sugar, 3barspoons of Amarreto and the rind of an Orange that should measure about 6" long. Muddle into a paste and add 25ml of freshly squeezed Orange Juice. Add 2 Ice cubes and stir for 4revolutions. Add a 2count(10-12ml) of Brandy (pref Gran reserver)and stir as would a Treacle or Old Fashioned. After 8-10stirs add 2 more ice cubes and 2 count of brandy. Stir for 10 more revolutions, add 2count of Brandy and stir. After another 10 revolutions add 25ml of smooth Orange juice. Stir for another 10 revolutions, add a small sprinkle of Cinnamon and about 5ml of Ginger Ale and stir untill all the ingrediants are mixed.
