DEATH ANGEL

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 Shot 151 Rum
  • 1 Shot amaretto
  • orange juice

DIRECTIONS

Fill a double glass with ice. Add amaretto and rum. Fill the rest of the way with orange juice. Ideally, this should be shaken to mix. Not my creation, just a favorite. Came from a handwritten card in the recipe box at The Golden Q, Hays, KS.

Blend thoroughly and pour into a chocolate swirl-lined Poco cocktail glass and garnish with 1 strawberry on the rim of the glass. Serve immediately! This recipe is a popular favourite of the patrons of The Pearl Room Casino at the Burswood Hotel InterContinental, Perth, Western Australia where I work as a Bar Attendant. It's quite indulgent!
