DONKEY

INGREDIENTS: Shot dooleys toffee vodka 50ml apricot juice Shot southern comfort Dash lime cordial Teaspoon honey DIRECTIONS Add all ingredients into a shaker, shake well, and pour into a pint glass Donkey is a great cocktail in those hot summer months :) enjoy!

INGREDIENTS: 2 shots vodka tablespoon honey teaspoon (2 if you like it sweet) caster sugar 1 lime Ice DIRECTIONS cut the lime into quarters, then chop these into thick chunks. put the lime sugar and honey into a glass and mix together. add ice then vodka. crush the limes to get the as much juice as you like

INGREDIENTS: 1 shot vodka 1 tbs honey 2 tbs cream Ice lemonade DIRECTIONS put ingredients in cockail shaker, shake then strain into margarita glass and top glass with lemonade. Tastes like an alcoholic spider... very easy to drink!

INGREDIENTS: 3 oz. absinthe 6 oz. Camomile tea 3 tsp. honey optional lemon wedges DIRECTIONS Let tea steep till it is good and strong, strain into mug, stir in honey then absinthe, add optional lemon wedge. Pleasant dreams....
