DEADLY MARY

INGREDIENTS: 5 Measures tomato juice 1 Measure gold tequila 1 Measure vodka 1/2 tsp lemon juice 3 Dashes Worcestershire sauce 4 Drops tabasco sauce 1 Pinch Black Pepper 1 Pinch celery salt DIRECTIONS Add the tomato juice, vodka, Tequila and seasonings into a shaker with a few cubes of ice. Shake well and strain, or pour with the ice, into a large glass or goblet. You coould also add a stick of celery for garnish if you wish.

CLASSIC CEASER

INGREDIENTS: 1oz. vodka 4oz. Clamato 2 Dashes tabasco sauce 4 Dashes Worcestershire sauce 6oz. Ice 1-2 Dashes Salt DIRECTIONS Rim a high ball glass with lime and celery salt. Fill glass with ice and other ingedients and stir well. Garnish with celery or lime. Enjoy!

CEASAR

INGREDIENTS: 2oz vodka 6oz Mott's Clamato Juice (Extra Spicy) 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce 3 dashes tabasco sauce 1 Celery Stalk 1 Lime Wedges DIRECTIONS Rim a tall cocktail glass with the lime wedge and then Celery salt, fill with ice. Pour in Vodka and Clamato juice. Add 3 dashes each of Worcestershire and Tabasco sauce. Garnish with crisp Celery stalk and Lime wedge. Sometimes referred to as a "Bloody Ceasar", the Ceasar was created in Canada and apparently remains predminantly a Canadian drink. Although the drink is similar to a "Bloody Mary", the Clamato juice gives it a completely (and much better) taste. Seafood restaurants in Canada often add a Shrimp or Prawn as an additional garnish.

CAESAR

INGREDIENTS: rim glass celery salt 1 1/2 oz vodka 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce 3 dashes tabasco sauce 1/4 glass Ice fill glass Clamato DIRECTIONS Line the rim of a glass with celery salt. Over ice, add vodka, fill with clamato juice, then add the remaining ingredients. Garnish with a celery stick. Add more tabasco sauce if desired. Avoid Caesars that have Clamato juice poured from a bar tap. Get the Clamato juice from the bottle.

BLOODY MARY

INGREDIENTS: 4 -6 cubes (cracked) Ice 1dash Worcestershire sauce 1 dash tabasco sauce 1 measure vodka 6 measures tomato juice 1/2 a lemon worth lemon juice 1 pinch celery salt 1 pinch cayenne pepper DIRECTIONS Put the cracked ice into a shaker. Dash the Worcestershire sauce and Tobasco sauce over the ice and pour in the vodka, tomatoe juice and lemon juice. Shake vigorously until a frost forms. Strain into a tall, chilled glass, add a pinch of celery salt and a pinch of cayenne pepper. Decorate with celery stick and/ or slice of lemon. This classic cocktail was invented in 1921 at the legendary Harry's Bar in Paris. Variations: Bloody Maria, Cold and Clammy Bloody Mary, Bullshot.
