INGREDIENTS: 90mls cranberry juice lime juice 2 shots brandy 2 shots tequila DIRECTIONS add 2 shots of taquila into a jug, then add 2 shots of brandy. squeese 3 fresh limes add the juice to the contents then top it of with 90 mls of cranberry juice mix with a spoon and add freshly cut limes. and walla there you have it, a sweet tasty daniela with enough alcohol to make you happy. its abslolutly excellent drink when getting ready for a night out it will raise your spirits.
INGREDIENTS: 3 Bar spoons amaretto Demera 1 heaped bar spoon sugar Juice of half an orange orange 8 count (50ml) brandy 4 count (25ml) orange juice dash of cinamon cinnamon 1 count (5-6ml) ginger ale DIRECTIONS Into an Old fashioned add 1 heaped bar spoon of Demera sugar, 3barspoons of Amarreto and the rind of an Orange that should measure about 6" long. Muddle into a paste and add 25ml of freshly squeezed Orange Juice. Add 2 Ice cubes and stir for 4revolutions. Add a 2count(10-12ml) of Brandy (pref Gran reserver)and stir as would a Treacle or Old Fashioned. After 8-10stirs add 2 more ice cubes and 2 count of brandy. Stir for 10 more revolutions, add 2count of Brandy and stir. After another 10 revolutions add 25ml of smooth Orange juice. Stir for another 10 revolutions, add a small sprinkle of Cinnamon and about 5ml of Ginger Ale and stir untill all the ingrediants are mixed. Top with ice and Garnish with a flamed Orange peel.............TADAA!! Bori...
INGREDIENTS: 1 tsp caster sugar 4 -6 cubes (cracked) Ice 2 measures brandy 1/2 measure (clear Curacao) curaçao 1/2 measure maraschino 1/2 measure lemon juice DIRECTIONS Rub the rim of a chilled glass with the lemon wedge and then dip in sugar to frost. Put ice into shaker with the brandy, Curacao, Marachino and lemon juice. Shake well. Strain into frosted glass and decorate with lemon twist.
