INGREDIENTS:

- 1 tsp caster sugar
- 4 -6 cubes (cracked) Ice
- 2 measures brandy
- 1/2 measure (clear Curacao) curaçao
- 1/2 measure maraschino
- 1/2 measure lemon juice
DIRECTIONS
Rub the rim of a chilled glass with the lemon wedge and then dip in sugar to frost. Put ice into shaker with the brandy, Curacao, Marachino and lemon juice. Shake well. Strain into frosted glass and decorate with lemon twist. Variations: Champagne Cocktail, Tequila Cocktail, Brandy Cocktail.
