INGREDIENTS:

- 30 ml Bailey's Irish Cream
- 20 ml Lena Banana
- 20 ml kahlua
- 90 ml cream
- Enough to swirl line glass chocolate syrup
- 1/2 fruit banana
- Garnish strawberry
DIRECTIONS
Put all ingredients in a blender (except chocolate sauce and strawberry garnish) with 1 scoop ice. Blend thoroughly and pour into a chocolate swirl-lined Poco cocktail glass and garnish with 1 strawberry on the rim of the glass. Serve immediately! This recipe is a popular favourite of the patrons of The Pearl Room Casino at the Burswood Hotel InterContinental, Perth, Western Australia where I work as a Bar Attendant. It's quite indulgent!
