AYEAYE

INGREDIENTS:
  • 75ml lemonade
  • 10ml grenadine
  • 1/2 lime juice
  • 1 wedge lime
  • 35ml midori
  • 35ml rum

DIRECTIONS

To make, add the midori and bacardi together with plenty of ice inside a shaker and shake.leave for a minute to cool, then taking a fresh glass with a lump of ice and fresh lime juice at the bottom, pour out the midori and bacardi. top up with lemonade and then very carefully, pour the grenadine into the drink,preferably over a spoon to stop the grenadine making a mess!then simply add a wedge of lime and you have an AyeAye The name AyeAye actually isnt just scottish or pirate talk, its a small nocturnal lemur that lives deep in the forests of madagascar, and it is said to be a harbinger of doom by locals, but i think its quite cute!!!

INGREDIENTS: 30 ml Bailey's Irish Cream 20 ml Lena Banana 20 ml kahlua 90 ml cream Enough to swirl line glass chocolate syrup 1/2 fruit banana Garnish strawberry DIRECTIONS Put all ingredients in a blender (except chocolate sauce and strawberry garnish) with 1 scoop ice. Blend thoroughly and pour into a chocolate swirl-lined Poco cocktail glass and garnish with 1 strawberry on the rim of the glass. Serve immediately! This recipe is a popular favourite of the patrons of The Pearl Room Casino at the Burswood Hotel InterContinental, Perth, Western Australia where I work as a Bar Attendant. It's quite indulgent!
