BOMBAY BREW

INGREDIENTS:
  • 30ml Cinnamon Infused Vodka
  • 30ml rum
  • 30ml apple juice
  • Dash grenadine
  • 3 Raisins

DIRECTIONS

Shake Vodka, Bacardi and Apple Juice in shaker with ice, pour into large martini glass, drop a dash of grenadine in the middle of drink (it will sink to the bottom) then skewer raisins and place in drink. The Apple juice you use can very this drink quite alot. experiment with the measurements.

CHOCOLATE JOJO IVORY

INGREDIENTS: 30 ml Bailey's Irish Cream 20 ml Lena Banana 20 ml kahlua 90 ml cream Enough to swirl line glass chocolate syrup 1/2 fruit banana Garnish strawberry DIRECTIONS Put all ingredients in a blender (except chocolate sauce and strawberry garnish) with 1 scoop ice. Blend thoroughly and pour into a chocolate swirl-lined Poco cocktail glass and garnish with 1 strawberry on the rim of the glass. Serve immediately! This recipe is a popular favourite of the patrons of The Pearl Room Casino at the Burswood Hotel InterContinental, Perth, Western Australia where I work as a Bar Attendant. It's quite indulgent!
