BRANDY DAISY

INGREDIENTS:
  • juice of 1/4 lemon(s)
  • 1/4 shot grenadine
  • 1 shot brandy
  • soda
  • 2x glace cherry
  • 2x pineapple spear

DIRECTIONS

Place crushed ice into liquidiser (1/3 full) add lemon juice grenadine and brandy then blend for 1/2 minute and strain into champagne glass. Add a dash of chilled soda and the fruit.
