BRANDY SOUR

INGREDIENTS:
  • 3 to 4 cubes in tall glass Ice
  • 3 to 4 splashes swirled with ice then poured out angostura bitters
  • ice to taste Ice
  • 2 measures of brandy
  • 1/2 measure lemon juice
  • topped up to taste lemonade

DIRECTIONS

put ice in tall glass pour on bitters swirl and pour out add ice to glass pour in brandy add lemon juice then top up with lemonade
