BUM JUICE

INGREDIENTS:
  • 3 litre Orange soda
  • 75cl/750ml (bottle) dark rum

DIRECTIONS

Take the bottle of Orangeade/Orange soda and pour 1/3 from the bottle (you can drink it if you would rather). Then pour the bottle of dark rum into the bottle of Orangeade/Orange soda! Turn the bottle upside down then right way up a few times so the two drinks mix (carful not to shake it), then simply drink it from the bottle (or pour in to glasses i you don't want to look like a piss head)

CHOCOLATE JOJO IVORY

INGREDIENTS: 30 ml Bailey's Irish Cream 20 ml Lena Banana 20 ml kahlua 90 ml cream Enough to swirl line glass chocolate syrup 1/2 fruit banana Garnish strawberry DIRECTIONS Put all ingredients in a blender (except chocolate sauce and strawberry garnish) with 1 scoop ice. Blend thoroughly and pour into a chocolate swirl-lined Poco cocktail glass and garnish with 1 strawberry on the rim of the glass. Serve immediately! This recipe is a popular favourite of the patrons of The Pearl Room Casino at the Burswood Hotel InterContinental, Perth, Western Australia where I work as a Bar Attendant. It's quite indulgent!
