CHARTINI

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 ounce Butter Ripple Schnapps
  • 1 ounce Bailey's Irish Cream
  • 1/2 ounce vodka

DIRECTIONS

Use equal amounts of Butter Ripple Schnapps and Irish Cream and half the amount of Vodka Pour over Ice shake and serve in a Martini glass =] ( you can use the same amount of Vodka if you like, some find it too strong though) It is very yummy! Some have described it as "Porch Climber" hahaha So I guess drink with care!

INGREDIENTS: 1/4 Glass red bull 3/4 shot glass crown royal 1/4 shot glass peach schnapps DIRECTIONS You fill the tall glass with 1/4 red bull or a little more... then you fill a shot glass with 3/4 crown royal and 1/4 peach schnapps... and you drop the shot into the glass with redbull! and you DOWN IT! sooooo freakin good!

CHOCOLATE JOJO IVORY

INGREDIENTS: 30 ml Bailey's Irish Cream 20 ml Lena Banana 20 ml kahlua 90 ml cream Enough to swirl line glass chocolate syrup 1/2 fruit banana Garnish strawberry DIRECTIONS Put all ingredients in a blender (except chocolate sauce and strawberry garnish) with 1 scoop ice. Blend thoroughly and pour into a chocolate swirl-lined Poco cocktail glass and garnish with 1 strawberry on the rim of the glass. Serve immediately! This recipe is a popular favourite of the patrons of The Pearl Room Casino at the Burswood Hotel InterContinental, Perth, Western Australia where I work as a Bar Attendant. It's quite indulgent!
