CHERRY JOLLY RANCHER SHOOTER

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 oz Cherry Whiskey
  • 1 oz Limeade

DIRECTIONS

You will need two shot glasses per person to do this shot. So you will now have 1 oz of Cherry Whiskey in one shot glass and 1 oz of Lime Aid in another shot glass. Shoot the Whiskey *AND HOLD IT IN YOUR MOUTH!* Then shoot the Lime Aid. Mix in your Mouth and enjoy!! This tastes just like a Cherry Jolly Rancher!! If you wanna puss out you can mix it in one shot glass and only use 1/2 & 1/2 but that takes all the fun out of it!!

CHOCOLATE JOJO IVORY

INGREDIENTS: 30 ml Bailey's Irish Cream 20 ml Lena Banana 20 ml kahlua 90 ml cream Enough to swirl line glass chocolate syrup 1/2 fruit banana Garnish strawberry DIRECTIONS Put all ingredients in a blender (except chocolate sauce and strawberry garnish) with 1 scoop ice. Blend thoroughly and pour into a chocolate swirl-lined Poco cocktail glass and garnish with 1 strawberry on the rim of the glass. Serve immediately! This recipe is a popular favourite of the patrons of The Pearl Room Casino at the Burswood Hotel InterContinental, Perth, Western Australia where I work as a Bar Attendant. It's quite indulgent!
