DEE MUDDER

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 nip kahlua
  • 2 nips bacardi
  • 100ml Chocolate milk
  • 2 nips Bailey's Irish Cream
  • 1 nip triple sec
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 vanilla ice cream
  • 3 ice cubes

DIRECTIONS

Blend the lot till the ice is crushed and the rest nice and fluffy. Place in a glass of any description. Consume happily. Just like a chocolate milkshake only woozy. Great summer alternative to ice coffee. Do not attempt to surf after consuming.

CHOCOLATE JOJO IVORY

INGREDIENTS: 30 ml Bailey's Irish Cream 20 ml Lena Banana 20 ml kahlua 90 ml cream Enough to swirl line glass chocolate syrup 1/2 fruit banana Garnish strawberry DIRECTIONS Put all ingredients in a blender (except chocolate sauce and strawberry garnish) with 1 scoop ice. Blend thoroughly and pour into a chocolate swirl-lined Poco cocktail glass and garnish with 1 strawberry on the rim of the glass. Serve immediately! This recipe is a popular favourite of the patrons of The Pearl Room Casino at the Burswood Hotel InterContinental, Perth, Western Australia where I work as a Bar Attendant. It's quite indulgent!
