DEE WHY MARTININ

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 cherry
  • Crushed ice
  • 2 Nips Gordon's Gin
  • 2 Nips Vodka (freezer temp)
  • 1 Nip red bull

DIRECTIONS

Take everything but the Cherries and stick it in a blender. Blend till ice is crushed. Pour into any glass that will hold it, it won't change the flavor anyway so gives a rat's rrrs. After a hard day being pounded by 2m plus waves a dude needs a cocktail with kahoonies - insert the cherries 'et viola'. 1 can of Red Bull feeds you, a mate and two hot chicks (or just three hot chicks and you) so enjoy with friends.

CHOCOLATE JOJO IVORY

INGREDIENTS: 30 ml Bailey's Irish Cream 20 ml Lena Banana 20 ml kahlua 90 ml cream Enough to swirl line glass chocolate syrup 1/2 fruit banana Garnish strawberry DIRECTIONS Put all ingredients in a blender (except chocolate sauce and strawberry garnish) with 1 scoop ice. Blend thoroughly and pour into a chocolate swirl-lined Poco cocktail glass and garnish with 1 strawberry on the rim of the glass. Serve immediately! This recipe is a popular favourite of the patrons of The Pearl Room Casino at the Burswood Hotel InterContinental, Perth, Western Australia where I work as a Bar Attendant. It's quite indulgent!
